Recently I see some odd issue that package-review@lists.fedoraproject.org insists on removing itself from CC list on review requests tickets on RedHat bugzilla.

Here package-review@ removed itself from CC list with unknown reason (from me).

= fix recommendation = package-review@ must not remove itself from CC list unless explained and valid reason.
So, we can't control someone removing the list from CC... but normally you would be able to see who did it and ask them not to. ;)
In this case the problem seems to be that all emails to package-review list have a "Please unsubscribe me from this bug" link that silently removes the list from cc without showing who it was. ;(
We can't seem to directly do anything about this, but I have asked the bugzilla admins to help us:
