= phenomenon = There is a lack of space for user to user support for LATAM.
= background analysis = There was a forum and a mailing list hosted in proyectofedora.org but that hosting had problems in the past and now it has been redirected to the main website in it spanish version. Also the domain name also has problems as it was registered to a former employee of red hat Brazil. Long history short, forum and mailing list were lost.
= implementation recommendation = At Latam ambassadors meeting of june 19th, we agreed that will be useful to have a mailing list for fedora-latam-users so it can be use to support from user to user, and also to spread announcements beyond the list that is focused on fedora-latam-ambassadors.
How does this relate to ticket #3814 ?
We don't allow 'fedora' or 'list' in lists names since they are all at lists.fedoraproject.org so it's redundant. ;)
So, would 'latam-users' work (provided we sort out the other request)?

In Latam meeting there was a discussion that BR community did not need more lists, they needed to use them properly. I can dig more to see what was the resolution regarding #3814. But the main point is that is not related.
"latam-users" will work just fine.
