Project short summary: A suite of tools to aide the movement and management of upstream changes into downstream code bases that are frozen at older base releases. Monkey help cherry-pick upstream fixes into older versions, help with full backports of newer changes to older packages, and check to see if new patches are already included (completely or partially) in the current codebase.
