It still seems that people aren't going through the guidelines, or the help page for that matter. We still find comments as answers, questions as answers and whatnot. I have a set of guidelines [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ask_fedora_guidelines#List here] that I've built up over time. (Please feel free to add to/modify them).

= enhancement recommendation =
I was wondering if the "help" link on the top bar can be modified to "help and guidelines" to start with. We could maybe modify the [https://ask.fedoraproject.org/help/ help page] and add guidelines to it, or add a nice BIG link to the guidelines there.

= alternate suggestion =
Add a "Guidelines" link under "ask your question" and before "contributors". However, since a help link already resides in the top banner, I think modifying it makes more sense.

I could do all this myself, but I'm not quite an infra person. (I keep away to avoid mucking things up). If someone from the infra team has the time to mentor me, I'd be happy to help with the infra side of askfedora too.
