Since the Recent update to Ask Fedora (Askbot version 0.7.48), we are unable to re-tag questions with the re-tag feature.
It is still possible to re-tag posts by editing them and changing the tags there.

Still gives me errors when I attempt to retag questions. Any one know what's going on?

No solution yet. Issue is on both the staging and production instances.
This seems fixed in the new version deployed today. ;)
