A new fedorahosted.org project's trac instance that isn't configured much has the generic upstream Trac logo in the page header and in the browser's location bar. Well-configured projects like fedora-infrastructure have their own logos, which is very nice. The default for new projects that don't have their own logo images should be some generic Fedora logos, not generic Trac logos.
I just opened a request in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/DesignService for a fedorahosted logo.
Jack Kenlon has proposed a logo:

I think that at the next meeting we should either:
1) Reject the idea of replacing the default Trac logo 2) Accept Jack's logo as-is 3) Give Jack some feedback on some changes we'd like to see
