Where did you get those links?

The correct ones should be:

http://spins.fedoraproject.org/es/design/

http://spins.fedoraproject.org/es/fel/

When I go to spins and choose es in the language selector it works as expected here.

Yep, correct, but target is not defined with es/design and es/fel. Is defined as desing-suite and electronic-lab.
