= bug description = When going to ask.fedoraproject.org for the first time (or without logging in) the top banner no link to the "Ask" FAQ is provided. The only other link to the FAQ is at the bottom of the page.
= bug analysis = A link should be provided to the FAQ in the banner
= fix recommendation = Update the page template to add a link to http://ask.fedoraproject.org/faq/. Additionally we could combine the banner with the login prompt (i.e. Already a User?").
This might be something we should discuss with upstream?
Perhaps we can put the faq and other links in a left side bar for non logged in folks?
Or perhaps there's a better way to display it at the top?
I agree that it's hard to know it's there when you first go to the site since the front page is full of questions and you have to scroll down quite a ways.
There's a faq link in the footer and a guidelines in the sidebar, and we think thats good enough. ;)
