I'd like to get a fedorahosted instance set up for python-bugzilla. It's in use by bodhi, pkgdb, and other projects, so it should probably get some official hosting.

Priority is set to 'major' intentionally - I'd like to get this done before FUDCon, if possible, to allow easier collaborative work work on it during the hackfest(s).
