I'd like to have the fedora 'xen' package owner changed from current 'xen-maint' alias account to myoung who actually does all the work. xen-maint is basically a dead alias WRT to fedora stuff. Since xen-maint is an alias account AIUI I can't just go in and drop ownership.

Currently myoung doesn't have changeacl access for the package, but he's basically done all the work for over a year now. If you'd prefer we go through regular channels for that first I can do that. (my role in this is that I'm looking after virt in fedora now so trying to clean up some little logistical issues like this)
