The anaconda team frequently builds test installer images that (obviously) need to get into the hands of testers. These images usually have a short lifespan so they don't need backup.
Uploading to fedorapeople.org takes too long and wastes backup space - plus we keep hitting our quotas.

Add the following users to the secondary content group (?) so they can put files (somewhere) on alt.fedoraproject.org:
ok. I have added you to the hosted-content group.
You should be able to scp/rsync to: secondary01.fedoraproject.org:/srv/pub/alt/anaconda/
This should be mirrored out to any mirror that pulls the alt content, including our download-ib01.fedoraproject.org box.
Please let us know if this doesn't meet your needs and we will come up with another solution.
