Using the script at:

https://github.com/linsomniac/checknagiosnotifications

(it needs status.log to be status.dat, but otherwise works fine).

a) Setup script in puppet to be deployed on noc* machines.
b) Setup a cron job to run the script on monday mornings and mail sysadmin-noc the output.

This should allow us to review things that we have silenced the notifications on for whatever reason to see if they should be re-enabled for notifications or otherwise fixed.
