add nagios monitoring for:
releng03 releng04 kojipkgs02
releng03 needs to have the same monitoring as releng01 does now. releng04 needs to have the same monitoring as releng02 does now. kojipkgs02 needs to have the same monitoring as kojipkgs01 does now.
releng03 and kojipkgs02 are guests on bvirthost04. releng04 is a guest on bvirthost01.
Almost done except that nrpe port is not opened on releng03.

All these should be good/setup right. The nfs lock issue on releng04 is selinux, will look at fixing it. The other releng04 issue is bodhi, Luke is going to fix it.
