pkgdb set_critpath has two bugs.

• the validator that verifies that the collection names given to set_critpath are correct was not updated when we changed branch names from FC-15 style to f16 style. That's fixed in the validators.py file in git.
• The set_critpath method, when given no packagelist would not honor a collection list. This is fixed in dispatcher.py

Both of these are checked into the pkgdb 0.5.x and devel repositories and so will be in the next pkgdb release (current release is 0.5.4).
