https://fedorahosted.org/faf/ shows a Python traceback: TracError: /srv/svn/faf does not appear to be a Subversion repository.
I can login, but admin panel is not displayed because of this exception. Trac should point to git repo: http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=faf.git
Can I somehow change svn to git, or only infrastructure admins can?

oops. Sorry about that. ;(
It should be fixed now. It might be that you could have changed it, but you would have had to use the trac admin interface, which wasn't working. ;(
