Reason for outage:

There will be an extended outage starting at 2011-07-11 20:00
UTC, which will go over 4 days as systems are moved and cleaned
up in the PHX2 colocation facility. Systems will be moved,
cleaned out, put back into racks, recabled, and
documented. During this time no single outage should last more
than 30 minutes, but there will be intermittent service during
that time.

Due to the nature of the work, while we will try to send out daily announcements of what services will be affected that day, the primary source of information will need to be announced on Freenode IRC #fedora-admin
