Well, this is an annonymous/ip based spammer, not someone with an account we can lock.

As far as I know we really try not to ban by IP, because:

a) people can just reconnect to their isp and get a new one.
b) someone interested in the project could get an 'old' IP that a spammer had and be frustrated that they can't connect/edit.

So, I would say unless there is a lot of repeats from that IP, there's not much we can do right now aside from reverting it and archiving anything that no longer needs to be edited.
