#2653 I need a trac instance for Fedora Legal
Closed: Fixed None Opened 13 years ago by spot.

I need a trac instance for Fedora Legal.

Specifically, I need one that is configured so that I (spot) always have full read and edit permissions on every ticket in the instance, that the individual who opens a ticket can view and comment on a ticket, and that no one else has access to any tickets.

I believe that this is possible, if so, please create an instance for me. If not, just explain why this is impossible, and I'll try to figure out some other raptor-proof tracking mechanism for Legal issues.

Specifically, when I said:

"the individual who opens a ticket can view and comment on a ticket", it would have been more accurate to say:

"the individual who opens a ticket can view and comment on that ticket (and only that ticket, or any other ticket they have opened)"

Hi Tom,

I've created https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-legal

I believe I have this set up now for private tickets. I added a ticket, and could see it myself (as a regular user), then changed the reporter, after granting myself TRAC_ADMIN, and then removed TRAC_ADMIN from my account, and could not see it anymore.

Please let me know if you need any changes to this.

FYI, If you ever need to allow any other people access to this trac, you can either use TICKET_MODIFY and TICKET_VIEW permissions, or just add them as TICKET_ADMIN or TRAC_ADMIN
