For discussion, at FUDCon such as is happening in Tempe this weekend, the network may be restricted from allowing outbound access to useful things like IRC. Idea is to have a publictest-like instance which would run only during such events, that would allow inbound ssh, and outbound ssh port forwarding. We would allow the same inbound ssh permissions as fedorapeople, but wouldn't run other services on it (so, fedorapeople-like security, with fewer services running already, and allowing outbound ssh port forwarding).


We can easily do this now with a cloud instance in the private cloud. ;)

Should be easy to spin one up, fasClient on it, and configure just ssh.
