= problem = Archive for Trans-ru available via http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/trans-ru/2010-November.txt contains ??? instead of Cyrillic characters.
= analysis = I changed default language for mail list to Russian (ru) and following messages are stored in archive correctly. But older one was not updated due to storage model used by mailman.
= enhancement recommendation = Rebuild archives as mentioned in mailman FAQ at http://wiki.list.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4030681
cd /usr/lib/mailman/; ./bin/arch trans-ru
Done.
