We got the following email:
According to DomingoBecker, as he told me on the docs@l.fp.o mail-list, if the validation time four our session could be just a bit longer, we could finish succesfully some translations in the online editor, instead of crashing the data \ for send because transifex ends our session at certain time.
The related Django config is this one: http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/settings/?from=olddocs#session-cookie-age
I'm not sure if this is a config, Django-fas backend or pure FAS issue.
mmcgrath and I have talked about this and we can up the idle timeout (it's in fas). Currently it's at 20 minutes of inactivity. Perhaps going to 1 hour of inactivity will be helpful while not opening too much in the way of increased security risk.
+1 to push it to 1h.
I've added this as something to do post-freeze: https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/2397#comment:2
Fedora is retiring it's translate.fedoraproject.org transifex instance and asking projects that currently use it to migrate to fedora.transifex.net.
Please see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Migration_to_transifex.net and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAQ_on_migration_to_Transifex.net for more information.
If your issue or problem persists after this migration, please refile it at: http://getsatisfaction.com/indifex/products/indifex_transifex
Thanks
