Unfortunately, this is hosted internally at RHT rather than in Fedora, someone needs to check that server, I guess.
Contacted internal RH IPA group. Server has invalid SSL cert and was stopping because of it. THey are working on getting a clean one for it. Service has been restarted for time being.
Fixed by RH IPA group.

Maybe just me, but it strikes me as slightly ironic that pki.fedoraproject.org was down because of a problem with an invalid SSL cert. :-)
