When I mail out the FTBFS reports (From: Matt_Domsch@dell.com), my messages get stuck in the moderation queue for various lists @lists.fedoraproject.org where the list is either the maintainer or on the default cc: list for package bugs in pkgdb.

package maintainership mailing lists are moderated or sender-only. Matt_Domsch@dell.com isn't subscribed to them (and doesn't want to be!)

= recommendation =
add Matt_Domsch@dell.com as an approved sender, even if not subscribed, to all such lists.
