We'd like to kick off a new git repository for working on a community handbook, "The Open Source Way". (The rest of this resource will be worked via a stand-alone domain.) The purpose of this git repository is to house DocBook XML sources for the pretty, rendered version of the content.
I'd like to use fedorahosted.org because of the immediate ability for Fedora Project members to contribute to the book that way. The self-service capabilities are tasty, too. I'd also like to be able to use Trac as the project grows.
The project name should be 'tosw', e.g. fedorahosted.org/tosw.

Oh, uh, yeah, we do. Is that all lists.fedoraproject.org? I reckon tosw@ would work fine. Should I open a new ticket?
