In pkgdb, looking at the package page if anyone clicks on Package Stats link a 500 Internal Error page is received.

This is fixed in the 0.5.x branch. I'd like to just concentrate on getting that stable enough to deploy rather than backporting.
0.5.x deployed and this should be fixed.
