Came across this by clicking the 'create a blog' link on someone's fedoraproject blog. This then asked me to login. When I did, I was redirected to: https://blogs.fedoraproject.org/wp/http%3A%2F%2Fblogs.fedoraproject.org%2Fwp%2Fwp-signup.php
which of course does not work.
