Do you really need a git repo for this, or just a trac instance?

Also, is the trac instance meant to be private (i.e. you'll have people's addresses in there and stuff?)

we only need a trac instance!

yes the group should be private, all members of the Ambassadors Group in FAS should have access, create, edit rights

I thought that it would be a good idea to have a central place, a git repo, to store the needed files because it's more handy than trac. But if a FAmSCo member think otherwise that's ok with me.

Is there a blocker in this request? Is something missing to proceed?

I'm sorry, this in no way should have taken more than a couple of days, but $REAL_LIFE has been pretty crazy these past weeks.
This is set up now, I set fab and jsimon as trac admins, if you notice anything funky let me know, our trac script is flawless when dealing with trac instances that use a VCS repo, but this is the first time I created a trac instance with no source repo.
As such, there's no group created in FAS, only the trac instance. You can access the trac instance at https://fedorahosted.org/emea-swag-tracking/
Reopen if you find anything missing.
