This is a bug to track conversion of a web app to the new Licensing Guidelines. Since MirrorManager is MIT, it is compatible with AGPLv3+ so no relicensing needs to take place. If you would like to convert to AGPLv3+, please reply to this ticket and we'll figure out how to go through the source, changing licenses.
If you do not want to change licensing, please close the ticket with a note that you'll stick with MIT.
MM has two bits which are GPLv2 licensed:
server/generate_worldmap is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2, because it loads data files which are distributed under this license.
Files in the server/internet2/zebra_dump_parser/ directory are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.
AGPLv3+ isn't an option for these bits, so they remain GPLv2. The remainder of MM (the majority) will remain licensed MIT/X11.
Thanks, Matt
