We need a new mailing list that can only be posted to by the design-team trac instance, and admin'd by the same people that design-team@ is admin'd by. Thanks :)
This is done now - duffy is the initial list admin, so she should receive an email with admin password soon. She should be able to add the other admins to that list.
Small update - I spoke to ianweller on IRC and made some changes to the mailing list to only allow trac@fh.o to post and to send a reject message if moderated people post.
