How do I arrange for my fedora project bugs to be filed in bugzilla under my fedora project account (cagney@fedoraproject.org) and not whatever my current forwarding address is?

This should be done now. Reply on this bug if it's not fixed. Note that this applies only to new bugs, old bugs are still under the old forwarding address. You can fix them up manually if you want or watch the old address in your bugzilla preferences.
