Add MirrorManager repository redirects from to-be-released version to rawhide repos. This directs pre-release users at rawhide. (all releases, Alpha, Beta, Preview, and Final)
will drop the fedora-11 redirects which point at rawhide.
redirects dropped last night, to much wailing and gnashing of teeth by rawhide users.
