{{{fedorapeople.org}}} should have {{{koji}}} command installed.
The reason is that large SRPMs are often hosted on that machine, eg. for review requests (cf. [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=490132 bug 490132]). In order to submit the SRPMs to Koji, we now have to download them to a home machine, then upload them again to Koji, which involves unnecessary amounts of copying, bandwidth and (most importantly) time.
This has been discussed. fedorapeople is designed specifically for web hosting. The shell is just incidental until we figure out a better way to secure it. fedorapeople is not a safe place to store build certificates and things.
