So that people who have forgotten what they used have any hope of fixing the problem and being able to contribute to their project-of-interest.
This may also be important to put in an obvious place on the fedoraproject main page.
Perhaps it could be a good idea to do this by having a custom 403 page. I think we have something in the fedora-web repo that we could add password reset links to.
is this still desired?
We did make the 'Forgot password' link be on the top level of the account system (where you login).
I'm not sure exactly where else we can put it.
