I have been watching a couple of pages within https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/. None of notification for edit has been received.

Both of options ticked to enable, but it did not work; E-mail me when a page on my watchlist is changed E-mail me also for minor edits of pages
The fact found is that while logging out the notification mail was sent.
Can I close this ticket? I'm a little confused about the last comment. You didn't get notifications when you made the change? Or when someone else made the changed while you were logged in but did get notifications when you were not logged in?
Any change made by someone else while logging in will result no notification mail to be sent. Only change made during logging out will trigger the notification mail. I've been told it is bug, so please close the ticket.
Interesting. FWIW, we're working to upgrade mediawiki to the 1.14.x branch from the 1.13.x branch fairly soon (shortly after the Fedora Beta launches). So keep an eye on it, it might just start magically working.
