Trac appears to support syntax highlighting of source code in both the wiki and browser, but AFAICT we don't appear to have it enabled. This appears to be a matter of installing either (or both) enscript or SilverCity, at least enscript should be an EASYFIX.

enscript is already installed:

Hmm, that's very weird. The TracSyntaxColoring page seems to say that's all we need to do. Am I going crazy and it's already enabled?
