Due to some hack in Makefile, all packages are considered early-branched, while the mock target being constructed as fedora-11-... instead of fedora-devel-...
Attaching a patch with a rather naive, yet functional solution.

For now I've commented out the pre-branch logic which was confusing the mockbuild target. I have an idea for the future that will allow prebranch and mockbuild to coexist, one that won't involve making calls to CVS, saving any changes until FUDCon when I can have a few Make gurus around (I am very much not one).
