Modified Wiki page to direct people to introduce themselves on Python-Devel (new link) and then apply to join the python-sig (new link) and FAS group.
Going to CC some members of the Python SIG who might be able to check this out or point this out to others who will know more.
The mailing list of the Python SIG is python-devel@lists
The python-sig@lists is just an aggregator of stuff (bugzilla, bodhi, koji...) for the python-sig FAS group.
I've checked the wiki page and done one [https://fedoraproject.org/w/index.php?title=SIGs%2FPython&diff=448672&oldid=447654 little tweak].
All python-devel and python-sig mailing lists links are correct and also in the proper context.
