This should eventually make it into an automation tool along with point 3 from
comment:6 so there is less mouse movement involved.

The events are all in.

We have an issue with the iCal export and I've filed
https://fedorahosted.org/fedocal/ticket/156 so I'm going to leave this open
until we figure that out.

the iCal export limitation is intentional so if all looks good in the Budget
calendar we can close this ticket.
