It would be cool to have a badge for organizing a flock and another for remote organisers.

Can you split this into two tickets? One ticket per badge (series) is going to be easiest to track, I think. I'll triage this on the assumption it's for Julie, your Cruise Director.
I think this would need to be manually awarded (please correct me if I'm wrong).
