What the badge should be granted for:
Flock 2015 will have some talks in the schedule which... well... aren't real. They're pretty obviously not real, but if you happen to go to the room where these talks are happening, we want you to get a badge (from a sign with the QR code for the badge).
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): You got fooled at Flock 2015! We're sorry, but the talk that you came to see wasn't real. Maybe next year, it will be!
Anything else we need to know:
Artwork wise, I was thinking maybe a panda in a jesters cap? We'd need this completed before Flock 2015 (August) so time isn't plentiful.

Ideas for new badges are much appreciated. Unfortunately we are going to have to reject this badge for a couple of reasons. At the last design FAD we created policy that for Flock we have four badges only(attendee, speaker, organizer and an event badge). We have many requests for extra badges for events, and it is hard to define what is worthy or not. Event badges are great, but only a limited amount of people are able to attend. Piling on badges skews the system to the side of people who are capable of traveling. That being said, we have many other areas of Fedora that are still underrepresented on the Fedora Badges system. With the limited amount of people/time/resources available to work on badges they need to be given time to work on these, and not more event badges.
If their are extra extenuating circumstances and you feel this badge is necessary for whatever reasons, let us discuss.
