Hey blackfile - how would we know if someone is a member of the Panama group or not? Is there a public list somewhere that we could scrape with a script? Is there someone who is 'in charge' that we could authorize to award the badge as needed?
Replying to [comment:1 ralph]:
There is a FAS group for Panamanian members and lbazan,Aeperezt, potty are the persons that can award this badge
Cool -- we can just key off the FAS group to make it all automatic.. ;) Which FAS group is it?

Awesome. Can do, from the technical side of things. In order to push this badge through though, it will first need review and discussion by other design-team members (and I'm not one of them..). Waiting on that for now. Thanks!

Thanks ralph.
I like the bird! I would like to see heavier outlines on the bird- try 2-3 pixel stroke. I think you are trying to convey movement with the lines near the edges of the badge, but it is kind of difficult to tell. If you want it to look like the Panama flag try including the stars instead of those lines.. you could also attempt to thicken up the lines and play with the vectors to achieve more movement.

Hi riecatnor , I made the suggested adjustments
Thanks
It is getting closer but still has changes needed to fit the style guide. All strokes on the bird should be at least 1.5 pixels if not 2-3.
I like the addition of the stars! I think the lines on the side are a bit confusing still. Perhaps try removing them? On the background you have an outline- this should be removed, no other badges have a stroke on this element. Try using a radial gradient, white in the middle to a light grey on the edges. This should give the edge of the background definition without the stroke.
This badge is almost ready to go out. @blackfile, in the interest of publishing a new badge and clearing tickets would it be okay for me to collaborate on this badge with you?
Hello, (I'm just trying to help..) @rietcanor is this design ok? I readed your comments, but sorry, I don't understand few :P (The gradient part, sorry, I'm a noob :) )

Sorry for the delay @riecatnor, @ignacio thanks for you help, but i'm working in this design at my fas group and also i learn to create badge, else this badge use the my country's flag and the background is white i try to keep it, so i'm creating an alternative for this design and i must consulting with my group
Regards
@ignacio, thanks for your efforts! It looks like blackfile wants to work on this badge further. If someone is working on a ticket, it is customary to ask for permission before you begin working on it. You are more than welcome to pick out a new ticket that needs badge artwork. If you need help with that, find me on #fedora-design.
@blackfile, unfortunately we were instructed not to include flags into our badges: https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/315
I really like the bird, and I think with some work it will fit in nicely- it needs a few adjustments to follow style guidelines. Thicken up all of the strokes to 1.5 pixels. Try simplifying objects when you can. For example the feathers on chest should be limited to 2 or 3 wavy lines with a thicker stroke :) With badge design, we are trying to achieve a lot with a little.
Since this is a member badge, use a medium green background. See for reference -> https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/pixel-ninja
Please, no flags in badges. The colors from the flag are okay, but not the flag itself. Sorry for that rule, but it saves us a lot of heartburn.
@riecatnor I will follow your recommendations to be ready this badge soon @spot thanks it is good to know
