What the badge should be granted for: For all people proposed talks for flock 2014 Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): "You submitted talks for flock 2014" Anything else we need to know: Nope
all submitters got already the flock speaker badge or which talk was rejected?
This idea is great, but instead of creating event specific badges for talk proposals I believe we should create a badge series for submitting talks. I am closing this ticket and have opened https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/339 for the new idea
