#173 Feature request - list out the specific event for the user that awarded him the badge

Basically which check got a user that binary award? and things like that.
This is storing the awarded badge along with the fedmsg event that triggered the award.

We actually store this in the DB now:

We just need to find a place to display it in the UI.
