+1, but perhaps we should make it "Flock Speaker" instead of year-specific? I hesitate to have a badge that is both year-specific and action-specific. What do you all think?

I just went with the year-specific thing to match the badge, I don't have a strong opinion - it'd be fun to collect 'em for speaking each year, I guess, but I wouldn't mind at all. I guess instead we could have a normal 'series' thing - speak at Flock x1, x5, x20...?

I guess the series name could be Flock Presenter in that case. Not sure about artwork - panda presenting a slide deck? That might be too hard to fit in?

For 2013 this might now have to be manually awarded, which would kinda suck. But FOR THE FUTURE we could have the special QR code in the speaker kit.
