What the badge should be granted for: Having a badge revoked.
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): You had a badge revoked.
Anything else we need to know: See e.g. https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/97 in which badges were (temporarily) revoked. It would be nice to give out a badge as a "consolation prize" to people who lost a badge.
