Next Saturday there will be a Software Freedom Day activity in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China [1]. I am one of the organizers. Also as a Fedora ambassador, I would like to have Fedora showcase in the event. I plan to show a video demo about Fedora 19, distribute Live DVDs, and have interactive Q&A.
On behalf of Fedora team in China, I would like to ask for support from Fedora for us to make about 30 DVDs (CNY 150), and one Fedora poster (CNY 120), and one Fedora banner (CNY 140). The poster and the banner will be generic ones that can be used in multiple occasions in the future. The total cost should be about USD 67.
Event report and the receipts will be posted/updated onto this ticket after the event.
