Good to add all funding request regarding COSCUP on Wiki page. It will help us to get clear idea on how much budget we are using from allocated $3000.

Also see if we can do more activities at event.

The actual hotel cost is CNY 882 = USD 138.277 . The receipt is in tonghuix's hand and should be uploaded soon. (We shared one room then.)

The total cost for reimbursement from me is USD 586.63.

Seems like tonghuix is too busy to respond. So instead I uploaded the booking.com confirmation for the hotel forwarded to me. Hope it also works.
