== Requirements == My talk proposal "Running your containers in a sane environment, Project Atomic" has been accepted for Flock 2015. However there won't be any funding from Flock for APAC this. To and fro flights from Mumbai to Rochester, NY is about 1400 USD at the moment. I am fine with partial funding, in case full funding is not available. * There is already provision for Flock in the budget listed at 1 but I am not sure if that is the final approved budget or not.
Hello, Can anyone point out the current budget? This is becoming extremely confusing since the only budget related document I could find 1 has a provision of 2000 USD but according to some ambassadors, that is not approved. If it is not approved, then where is the approved budget? Also, AFAIK, if there is money left, we can use it for events. So may be we can check for that as well.
With limited budget this year, we can support No.1 or No.2 priority events/activities. Please kindly see the last column.

In that case, would it be possible to ask for additional budget (Ruth mentioned that you can ask for more budget, if required 1)? Or see if we have some budget left for partial funding?

Even if we just try to support all No.1-2 priority events/activities, we will have to ask for more fund.
In this case, I have to apologies that it is too hard to support anyone to Flock from APAC budget.
Of course, this is just my opinion. You can follow the Reimbursement guidelines [2] to bring it to APAC community if you want.

As per 1, this ticket was approved for a minimum of 350 USD, but can increase up to 1000 USD if there are others who choose to back off from Flock funding. Quoting the agreement below for reference:
{{{ * AGREED: Approved to support tickets #196, #197, #199; the amount is $350 for each of thee, $500 for each of two (if one refuse partially subsidy) and $1,000 for one (if two refuse) (tuanta, 05:29:34) }}}

Event report is on my blog 1. As far as I know neither Pravin, nor Sarup attended the Flock. So as per the discussed approval, up to 1000 USD would be reimbursed. I am also attaching the boarding passes.

Hi Izhar,
Any ETA on this? New quarter will start next month. Would it effect the reimbursement in any way?
Hello Izhar,
Any updates on this? As I have mentioned in the meeting that while delay is fine, I would still want to know an estimate date for the reimbursement.
hi .. processing this now
