When a new zone appears or disappears, a reload of named should be forced from the plugin, so that new zone becomes usable without requiring an explicitly reload action from the admin.
This also applies when a new record is added directly to the zone (e.g. MX, LOC...).

It was fixed a long time ago by zone refresh and persistent search features. Now I retested it - it works. There is only little inconsistency in log messages, but it doesn't affect function.
