#122 Add support for root zone in LDAP

Currently the DNS root zone ("") cannot be stored in LDAP. RH bug 1056202 requests support for this, please see discussion in the bug.

For reasons internal to BIND 9 this can't be implemented in bind-dyndb-ldap until FreeIPA implements [3210]]([https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/3210|ticket).

This feature requires a fix in working directory name generator.
